Description
Garden Hill’s Downtown has 3 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms served by a bathroom with bathtub. And an ideal children rooms with 2 single beds in drawer format. A second bathroom comes complete with a shower. The spacious living room is totally equipped with a flat-screen TV, 2 large sofas and dining area, snooker table, Cable TV as well as in the master bedroom, and Free Wifi are featured.
The fully equipped, ample kitchen has all the utilities needed including microwave, built-in oven, and full-size fridge/freezer. Appliances include a toaster, blender, coffee maker and electric juicer for making delicious fresh juice from the Algarve’s oranges. The kitchen has a charming balcony overlooking the pools and lovely surrounding grounds. It is here that the iconic vista of Old Town can be viewed and where your breakfast and morning coffee can be enjoyed.
The apartment is located on the -1 floor, however the view corresponds to a 2nd floor, it has to do with the slope of the building.
Decking and lounge chairs surround the outdoor adjoining pools, one, especially for children. It is a great spot to sit and sun, relax and read or take a dip in the pool to cool off.
The Apartment is 400 meters from Peneco's Beach and 600 meters from Fishermen’s Beach and is ideal for those who want to have a car-free holiday because everything is within walking distance. Beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shopping, as well as many other services such as pharmacies, doctors, are all nearby. The taxi stand, bus stop and Hop On - Hop Off Albufeira Bus drop are a five-minute walk. Dedicated parking spots in front of the condominium building are always available for guests with cars. Famous beaches such as Salgados, Galé and São Rafael are only a ten- minute drive away.
This beautiful apartment is suitable for all ages. Whether you are looking for an action-packed holiday, a restful beach experience, water sports, sailing, golfing nearby at one of several golf courses, hiking the ocean trails, horse-back riding, wine tasting, exciting nightlife, great dining and exploring the Algarve region, let Garden Hill Old Town be your home base. Albufeira Marina is 1.1 km from Garden Hill Apartment, while Oura area is 2.5 km away.
Faro Airport is 36 km from the property. Albufeira City Centre is a great choice for travelers interested in food, restaurants and nightlife. Water sports on the beaches, horse-riding and the most wonderful walking country all within easy reach. The Algarve Shopping and famous restaurants for the Chicken Piri-Piri and other famous beaches such as Salgados, Galé, São Rafael are only 8-10 minutes drive.
Albufeira Council charges a 2€ fee per person for tourists' overnight stays in the municipality, for every stay between April 1st and October 31st and will be charged for a maximum of seven consecutive nights to all guests aged 13 or more. The amount will be requested, a couple of days before arrival.

Especially if you have a child or go to the beach often, there is a lot of sand / dirt / food on the floor fairly quickly. Unfortunately, there is no broom or other cleaning equipment to clean the mess up. Maybe this could be added.

The mattresses both seem old. One is very load (a plastic sound) and the other one has springs inside that hurt if you lay a certain way. |
